A WORLD FULL OF BITTERNESS:

I have had my share of dealings with many different types of people over the years and fortunately have been able to learn something from all of them. I have realized in my 48 years on this earth that people who do not know how to let go of their past will never embrace their future. They usually have a hard time forgiving and accepting others for their faults and shortcomings. (and I have been burned quite a few times). As I have matured I discovered that we are all deeply flawed on some level, usually at the hands of others, whether it is parents, siblings or friends. I personally find that petty shallow people that do not forgive have severe deep seated issues that hold them back and their life is a direct reflection of it. Unfortunately we all are who were from to some degree, so when you complain about your parents (we all have) Be honest and look hard in the mirror chances are you turned out JUST LIKE THEM in some way whether good or bad.

I find it best at this stage in my life to avoid Shallow immature, short minded jealous people, Im not in high school anymore nor do I wish to return. I have no desire to partake in their bitter conversations and find i have nothing in common with them any longer. I have been blessed and my life is full. I have a beautiful family and a loving wife. I have my faith in Jesus Christ and the promise of eternity in His presence what more could I hope for? “My cup runneth over” To all of you people out there that have bitterness rooted deep down, Get rid of it and see what changes, you might be surprised and actually learn something about yourself and your life will change in wonderful unexpected ways.

A few of my favorite scriptures are:

Jas_5:9 Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

Eph_4:31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:

Luk_6:28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.

2Co_2:10 To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;

For those of you who don’t know how to let go and forgive, all your doing is poisoning yourself and everyone around you. So when you find yourself surrounded by people that gossip or are bitter and do nothing but complain about others, remember all the things that are good in your life, pray for them and walk away.
